Therapy

Had to get up normal time to let in a workman. Then changed the Linen and washed it. Lay on my bed waiting to go to Therapy. So eventually the time came and so I made my way to Therapy. Got there a bit early so waited. Therapy was not as hard this week as last week. Continued to speak about my Depression. Was given an exercise to do for the coming week. It not hard I just have to fill a timetable with what I do. Then I made my way back to the house where I did some cleaning. Then curled up on the sofa till it was time to Blog. Then after that will be the normal Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
