Therapy

I got up and put the washing in and jumped back into bed. Awhile later I got up for real. Not much later it was time for me to go to Therapy. Today's Therapy was interesting since we dealt with Rejection. I was also given homework as well which is a thought and feeling Journal. I will have to see how that goes. I did after Therapy go to Gym. Which was some rowing and circuit. I went back to the house after that and jumped on top of the sofa for a while. Then it was time for blogging. Then I will watch Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
