So I got up kinda early. Did some washing and washed the Linen. Kinda spent the whole day curled up on the bed. So not much to report besides just sleeping. Later I put the washing away meaning I folded the stuff plus the Linen. At least that's done for awhile again. Got up later and cleaned the house and then started watching my Vlogs and posting. The rest will be  the usual watching Telly and then supper and back to bed.

So as you can tell from the title of this post I really did not do much today at all. I woke up really late and then changed the linen on the bed and then proceeded to sleep on top of the bed. Then I got up in time to start posting. So that it for today. Apart from watching some telly now and having supper then back to bed.

So got up early did two loads of washing. Then went and dropped off the dvd. Not a bad movie that is Now You See Me. After that went to a nice little neighborhood where there are a lot of students since it is close to a varsity. Had breakfast there. Then went to visit where had coffee and a biscuit. Then back to the flatlet. Where I curled up in front of the telly. Now I am posting and then will watch some more telly have supper. More Telly and then finally off to bed.

Watched the movie last night it was ok as movies go. So got up early and then went to drop the dvd off. Then off to a decor shop to buy two rugs. One small and one big. Dropped the large rug off at the flatlet. Then took a long trip to a Mall very far away where had breakfast. Walked around for a bit. Bought some curtains at a decor shop. Then a long trip back to the flatlet. Where curled up in front of the telly and and had a snooze. Now posting and drinking red wine. Later have supper watch the dvd and finally to bed.

So watched Wolf on Wall Street last night. It was ok nothing to write home about. Just something for entertainment. Nothing Serious at all.

So got up just a little bit later but not too much. Went to drop the dvd off and get another one which is Arbitrage. Which will watch tonight. Then went to a Mall to look at decor shops for curtains. Saw something worthwhile but left it to be purchased once have done measuring to see how many drops are needed. So left there and went to another  Decor shop. Saw a rug there which almost bought. Then went to another Mall where had Breakfast and one cappuccino. After that went to the Pharmacy to get something things. And then went to a decor shop. Got a laundry bag holder because the last one broke. Anyway from there went back to the flatlet. Measured the windows and need two drops. Watched Telly and now posting. Opened a bottle of Red Wine.  Will have supper later. watch the dvd and then off to sleep.

Alarm

So today started off with me waking up early well early for me. Then hung out for a bit and then went to have breakfast with the obligatory cappuccino. After that went shopping for groceries. Had to rush since we had to get back to the flatlet for was expecting workmen to come and fix the alarm. So they arrived and checked everything out and said it was the battery and then they left to go get the parts. They came back and tested the battery only to find out that the whole unit needed to be changed. So they left to go and get the new unit only to come back and find out that it was a dud s. So they left again to go get the replacement. Finally they came back and replaced the unit with a working one. Hurray.
Left after all of that to go to the pharmacy and the dvd store. Got Wolf of Wall Street supposedly it supposed to be good. I will let you know tomorrow. Drinking red wine at the moment and posting. Will have supper later then the dvd then bed finally. Just another day right.

So got up fairly early this morning. Then let in a workmen. A little bit later went out to a Kitchen Design place to give them the parameters for the renovation so they could quote. Then went to get some groceries for lunch. Then obviously went home to have lunch. After that let the workman out. Went after that to another Kitchen place to get a quote from as well. Then came back to the flatlet. Curled up in front of the Telly. posting now. Later watch Telly and then have supper and finally to bed.

Got up early and went to go look at kitchen design show room. Spent some time there giving info so they could quote. Then went to a store to get pricing on hobs, ovens and extractors. Then came back to the flatlet in time to make lunch. Spent the rest of the afternoon curled up into a ball on the sofa watching Telly. Posting now and then have supper and watch Telly some more. And then will call it a day.

Nothing much to report today. Got up fairly early and then did the washing and washed the towels and things. Really just spent the rest of the day curled up in a ball. And later folded the washing put it away and now I am posting. Will have supper later and then off to bed.

So woke up quite early not too early. Took the dvd back and then went to a Mall and had Breakfast which was a apple and cinnamon muffin with a cappuccino. Oh yes before I forget watched Stoker last night. A movie with a bit of difference a little slow. Not a movie a would recommend. It was Ok.
Anyway after breakfast walked around the Mall looking at all the decor shops for curtains. Did not really find anything worthwhile. Did buy a night frill for the bed though. Then after that went to go get some bricks to fill up the gully outside the garage. The one which had the grid.

So got up early maybe just a little later than early but not by much. Then went to a market that has its origins approximately 2000 km from our city. It does not come up very often. In fact the last time it was here was quite long ago. So it has a lot of decor stuff as well as jewelry as well. So spent awhile there looking at the stuff. Bought some stuff like posters etc. Not too much anyway had a homemade pizza there with cappuccino and a craft beer. Then went to pick up a dvd stoker to be precise. Oh yes watched Captain Phillips last night it was ok. Not really entertaining even though based on a true story. Then came back to the flatlet to watch some Telly. Posting right now. Well that's obvious. So will have supper and watch the dvd.

So got up early again. Went to a shopping center to look for curtains. Did not find anything then went to a Mall close to that shop and had breakfast. Then went to another Mall to see what they had looked at a number of things did not really find anything worthwhile. Spent quite a bit of time there. So after that went to to get a dvd. Which is Captain Phillips with Tom Hanks in it. Will watch it tonight. Will have some red wine as well and not too sure what will have for supper.

Yesterday

So I slipped up and did not post yesterday. Not that I forgot or anything its just time got away with me. So got up fairly early did some washing for it had piled up. Then went shopping for groceries. Got stuff for the weekend. Then went to have breakfast at a place in a garden center. Then onto get a dvd which was Kick Ass 2. Then back to the flatlet. Watched Telly then folded the washing watched some more Telly had pizza for supper and had some wine and then watched Kick Ass 2 which was ok then went to bed after watching a little more Telly

It has been a bit weird today to say the least. I woke up early to let a workman in and then went and curled up on my bed because it was and still is cold. A bit later in the afternoon I cleaned the flatlet and then went and curled up in front of the Telly. Had my supper and now I am posting will watch a bit of Telly and then off to bed.

So as per usual I slept late today. I wanted to sleep a bit longer but could not so I got up and did the linen washing and folded the washing amongst other things. Went out a bit later. Got some groceries for tomorrow night since I don't have any. Came back had a cat nap and here I am again posting. Drinking some red wine plonk. Then later some Telly and then the day will be over

So besides sleeping I did nothing today. I would normally have gone to Therapy. But I had to cancel for something came up which was beyond my control. So so much for that. So I just spent the day on my bed. Which was ok for most of the time. it does get a bit hard trying to while your day away on the bed. And so here I am posting at the end of the day

I really cant say that I did much today. Got quite late then changed the Linen and did the washing. Had to wait for a workmen so that could take a look at something then I had to go somewhere to try and fix my mishap. Then came back to the flatlet and then had a catnap. Now i am posting and then later will watch some Telly. So that's all.

WHAT ABOUT STDS

So got up early again. Went to a hardware store to pick up some stuff. Looked at some tiles, did not find any that was of any interest apart from one. Then went to have Breakfast. Which was an Omelette and two Cappuccinos. It was really good and I enjoyed it. Which makes for a change. Very hard to find good food at restaurants. Then went to look at some more tiles. Did not find any thing worth while then on to a light shop found some lamps that were worthwhile. Trying to source others that are similar just a different size. Then onto to grocery shopping for the week and ultimately back to the flatlet had a cat nap and then onto posting and drinking Red Wine. Will watch Telly and have pizza for supper.

So Today got up early went to have Breakfast which was great a lot of it as well plus two cappuccinos and a glass of water with lemon in it. Yes real lemon. The off to do some grocery shopping since the fridge was empty. So went to the one store and then another. Got the groceries and took it back to the flatlet. Because some of it needed to go into the fridge. Then went to a lighting store too see what they have in as far a s lamps and down lights are concerned. They did not have a huge selection but at least got an Idea as to what is out there. Then onto a Mall to look at some curtains and clothing. Then after that went to get a dvd for tonight. Watched a bit of Telly and now I am posting and drinking some red wine.

So I went to bed early last night and slept quite late this morning which I needed what with my Mishap and other things. So I slept late got up and did some washing. As well as folding the previous laundry. Then time for cat naps . I had a whole bunch till later in the day. Heard some news about my Mishap which was not good which depressed me further. Anyway what can you do you have to play the hand your dealt with. Well at least that's what I think the saying is. So Now I had to go and get something to eat since there was nothing in the fridge at all. I will have to do Grocery shopping this weekend. So I came back and folded the laundry from this morning. Then jumped on the Net and opened a bottle of Wine to soothe the nerves. And now I am posting.

So today has been quite busy what with people coming and going. I woke up early which is early for me. Then let in a workman. Took a cat nap after that . Then had to go sort out some stuff relating to my mishap. So just a little bit further in the story. The had to wait for some contractors to come around to see the abode so they could quote. So once that was done I took another cat nap. then broke open a bottle of red wine to star the drinking since I am kinda stressed. Always good to drink when your stressed. lol. So now I am watching My Vlogs and posting. Probably watch Telly a bit later.

Mishap

So yesterday was My Therapy day. Which I went to and it was a bit challenging to say the least. But was ok. After that I had a mishap and was so bummed by it that I did not feel like posting yesterday since I was depressed. I am not going to go in to what the mishap was just trust me it was not nice at all. So when I got home all I did was sleep.
Today I got up late and did some washing and folded the other washing. Other than that I was  sleeping on my bed. I decided to post today even though I am still depressed from yesterday. Hopefully the situation will resolve itself and I can get back to the norm.

So to say the least. I slept in really late this morning and was tempted to sleep even later. But I did not. Got up and did the laundry changed the Linen on the bed. Cleaned the bathroom a bit. Then had a couple of cat naps which I did until 5 then started posting.

Feeling

I am really feeling unheard. I know it does not make Sense. Yet ultimately this blog is about trying to make Sense of that which goes on around me. Anyway I wanted to post something which would explain that which I am feeling at this moment in time. I suppose I am looking for some kind of response. As to how this might happen it does not really matter. The space that I am in at this moment has estranged me from those around me. Quite a weird space to be in. Could it I am looking for affirmation or am I just looking for a voice in the wilderness. Yes there is a difference. Well more than likely I will have to be happy with being lost in the desert. With the sun baking down and mirages of voices to contend with.

Busy

So today went to drop off the dvd. Then onto a Mall with alot of Furniture stores. Which is a fair distance from the flatlet. Saw some interesting stuff. Well let me say saw some awesome stuff and the rest was ok. So after that and off to have breakfast at another Mall. Which is also a fair distance. Had an omelet with charizo and feta. Which was really nice plus the usual two cappuccinos. Then went to another large Mall to look at clothes. So went wandering around the Mall. Then finally to a grocery store around the corner from the flatlet to get groceries for the week. then onto to posting. Watched the second movie of the The Hunger games last night. Which was ok the way they ended the movie means there is definitely another one in the pipeline. It was a really disappointing end and leaves you hanging.
My depression has been in check for awhile now. I am still demotivated and find it difficult to do the day to day things. I know it does not make sense in light of what I do on the weekends. It is easier to do the things that have interest contained in them as opposed to the usual drudgery from day to day. It really comes down to the circumstantial. Plus I am getting used to being in the flatlet. Which was a huge thing to star off with. I was very Fragile to start off and was not coping very well. Now I am coping a bit better but still am living out of boxes which does not make for a very good environment. Its like being in limbo on a continuous basis then there is the day to day stuff that needs to be done. I suppose its getting better as time goes by. Still it does not cure me of my Depression. I am on hectic medication for all the Bi Polar related stuff. So that takes care of the chemical stuff.

So running around today was the order of the day. First off went to a kitchen cabinet place quite far from the flatlet. Which had some stuff  not quite was looking for but well made. Which is a pity since they did not have the right colour. Well so much for that. then off to the tile place which was quite close to the cabinet place. Thankfully did not have to travel very far. They had quite a large variety. Saw a couple of tiles that Liked. Most of the tiles were of a beige persuasion. Which is definitely not down my alley. From there went to the shops to get groceries. Which is very far from where we were. So did a little bit of shopping. Then went to a furniture store to see what was new. Saw some cool stuff. Chairs and sofas etc. Went to a lighting shop as well to see what was there. Burnt my finger on a hot bulb. lol. From there went to another groceries store round the corner from the furniture place. Then to the dvd store to get a dvd for tonight. Then finally came to the flatlet. Posting now and drinking red Wine. (Got quite sloshed last night on one bottle of wine, it was a bit of a laugh to say the least)  So now I am posting and will watch my Vlogs.

So today I really slept late. Got up and did some washing since there was so much of it. I think I will have to rethink as to when I do laundry. So it does pile up so fast. Anyway I went to Gym a bit later. My bum was sore again when I was doing the rowing machine. So only managed 15 minutes of that. Then I went upstairs to do some circuit and then I was done. Came back to the flatlet and then had a bath . Lay on my bed for awhile and then started posting and watching Vlogs I will have some red wine a little later. Then watch some Telly.

Did not sleep late today could not since I had to let in one of the workmen. In case you don't know going to renovate the main Abode and am staying in the flatlet adjoined to it. Well it has its own entrance and everything. So that's why am staying in the flatlet and will be for a while for the renovations have not started yet still in the planning phase. Got the drawings down etc. So waiting for everything to start. At this rate will be finished by July then again I am not too sure.
Took some cat naps and then cleaned the flatlet well as much as I can since its full of boxes. No I am watching Vlogs which is early for me probably run out of things to watch and then watch some Telly.

So I slept in late today even though towards the end I was not really into it. So got up and then decided to wash the Linen. Which I had not done yet. So I did that. Then I decided to go to Gym. I was doing my rowing and had to stop for my bum was hurting. My sciatic nerve was playing up for some reason. It has been happening a lot lately and the seat for rowing is really hard which really does not help anyone at all. Well I stopped the rowing early. I normally do about 20 minutes. Today I did 15 instead. Then did some circuit and left. Came back to the flatlet washed and had a cat nap. now doing the posting later watch some Telly.

So I could not sleep to late today so I was up earlier than is normal for me. The reason being I had to go see My Therapist. I had made the appointment earlier since My Therapist had moved and the previous time was cutting into the afternoon. Since I travel quite far for the appointments. I  wanted to be back earlier at the flatlet. Anyway the session was interesting today. I can say that My Therapist has given me exercises to do to get me to be more engaged. Which I am not too happy about. Well lets see if they work at all. Other than that the session went quite well. Just talked about things in general.
I do feel like that I am isolating myself more and more as time goes by. Which is not a good thing. It just adds to the depression.
