Just in Case

This Blog has been quite banal up till now and will continue to be unless I have something to say. My Depression is getting worse even my Therapist is worried about me. I suppose the past is catching up with me. No escaping it is there. Hence the banal Blog. I thought I would just say something just to say that I am still here even though hardly. My Meds have been upped in a effort to combat the Depression. Wether it works remains to be seen. I am however trying my best to try and resist the ever down ward slide into Oblivion. o this is just a little update just in case you wondering what happened to me. Child of neglect.
