Therapy

Got up little bit late after having put in the wash and jumping back into bed. Then it was time for me to go to Therapy. I took my exercise with me and gave it to the Therapist. Talked a little about childhood issues among other things. Then was given another bit of homework to do. Another exercise as well. Then I went to Gym and did some rowing as well as some circuit. Then I went and sat in a parking lot outside a Mall and drank my coke. Then went back to the house where I lay on the couch till now. Now I am watching My Vlogs. Then Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
