Therapist

Jumped out of Bed to put the laundry in the Machine and then jumped back into bed. Then had to get up to get ready to go see My Therapist. Had a bit of a serious session dealing with buried stuff. Then went to go and see My Psychiatrist, which is my monthly visit. After that went to Gym and rowed and did some circuit. After which I went back to the house and spent some time on the sofa till now. When I am watching Vlogs and posting . After which I will do some Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
