Huge

So I got up a little bit late this morning. In time for me to go to see my Therapist. Today's session was a bit teary eyed. Other than that it was good. After which I went to Gym. Where I did some rowing. I could not complete my circuit for there was this fat guy hogging one of the machines. So I did what I could and left. Then it was back to the Abode where I lay on the couch for awhile and now I am posting. After this will be Telly , Supper, Telly and then Bed.
