Gym

I got up a bit later than normal then I had to go to see my Therapist. Today's session was an interesting one as sessions goes. Dealt with a lot of LGBT issues. Which was cool. After the session I went to Gym. Where I did some rowing and some circuit. I could not do it all since there was a guy doing it as well and he kept using the machines I wanted to. So I just had to move onto the next machine. After Gym I went back to the Abode where I lay on the sofa till now. After this it will be Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
