Therapist

Got up the normal time today. Folded the washing and put it away. Then it was time for me to go see my Therapist. Spoke about how the Meds could have changed amongst other things. It was a good session. Then I went to Gym where I rowed and did some circuit.After that it was time to go back to the Abode where I lay on the sofa till now. After this it will be Telly, Supper, Telly and then Bed.
