So yes I slept late yesterday. After that I went to Therapy. Took a trip out to My Therapist. It was a good session. Most of the session was addressing one specific topic which I was happy about. The rest was just odds and ends. I really cant say much more than that unfortunately, you understand. Thats just how Therapy goes its intensely personal and get really personal as well.
