So I saw My Therapist today but I have to say that the first thing is that I stuffed up My Appointment with the Psychiatrist. I got the dates all wrong. So I missed that one. I thought it was today instead it had all ready passed. So I will have to apologize for that.
Any how I saw My Therapist and it was quite an interesting one today. Just wish I could share but I don't even allow My Therapist to write anything down. No I am serious. Fortunately My Therapist is really good at remembering stuff so I am not worried. Anyhow I did have a good one today.
