Had to get up normal time today to let the workman in and then did some washing. Once again I was on top of my Bed till Lunch. The old people from the flatlet came to move some of their stuff in. For Lunch I had Muesli and then went back to bed. I phoned the Psychiatrist again this time I got to speak to her and I will see her tomorrow. This afternoon I did some cleaning and now I am posting. The rest is the norm where I end up in bed.
