Yesterday. I got up at the normal time then went to see my Psychiatrist. Got my Meds and then went back to the Abode. When got back to the Abode there was a power failure and it lasted to some time the next morning. Hence the reason I did not post yesterday.
Today. Got up a little bit late this morning. Then went to see my Therapist. Spoke mostly about the big move. That is to another country. I will continue to Skype with my Therapist when I am there. Anyway after that went back to the Abode on the way bask got a message to say that my passport is ready to be collected. Will do that on Friday. The rest of the day I spent on the sofa. The rest is the same. Ending with me in Bed.
