Unfit

I slept really late yesterday and got up to do some washing. Then I decided to go for a walk. Which was a major mistake. Any how I decide I would go so far and then return the same way. So I started by the time I reached a quarter of the way I had to turn back .lol. I was finished. I was so finished that I had to take breaks on the way back just so I could make it. By the time I got back I was more than finished. I took a shower and collapsed on the bed and slept for two hours solid. I watched Jeremiah and Stargate Universe and some other programs on Telly.

I did not do anything spectacular yesterday. Beside doing the linen and the whites. I packed the Linen away yesterday and the whites today. From now I will be including accounts of what I do. They are going to be really boring. But still It's like having a diary.

Long Time

I did not figure out why I was feeling weird at all. But I do feel ok now . Well sort of not as bad as yesterday. It could have just been that I was depressed. Any how I went shopping to get some electrical plugs as well as essentials which did me some good to get out of the house. So at least I will be seeing My Therapist next week on Tuesday which is something to look forward to. For I have not been in Therapy for a month now. Which is a long time to go without being  in Therapy. I do miss My Therapy. I know that after Feb My Therapist is moving to a new location. I am just hoping that it is not much further than now. For I travel quite a way to go to Therapy.

Well

I should have gone to Gym today but I really was not in the right space to go to Gym. Lets just say I was Lazy. So lets call it as we see it.

Yesterday

Besides having slept quite a bit I did some chores around the Abode. Packed away the washing from the day before and did another load of washing. Watched True Blood since there was nothing on telly. Which sucks. All the channels and nothing to watch. So yesterday was pretty much a dull day nothing spectacular happening.
